  • Anti-cancer self-testing


    In recent years, many news are reported about well-known persons and artists who had cancer or even died due to illness and poverty. Early diagnosis and treatment for cancer are the basic rules, because it is usually late when the cancer is found. It is extremely important to prevent the cancer in advance.

    Good health is necessary for a successful career. Now, let's make an anti-cancer self-testing. The following questions about the clinical symptoms of cancer and various factors of cancer risk are helpful for you to detect whether you are effective to prevent and treat the cancer. No pain, no gain, prevent the cancer and keep the health.

    1 Do you have a family history of cancer?
    That is, are there three persons or more who suffer from the similar cancer among your first and second relatives? or are there two persons or more who suffer from the cancer at a young age (under 40 ) or even have the cancer on both sides? If yes, you need to have a genetic counseling to determine whether there is a family tendency with cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer or liver cancer.

    (2) Currently do you have a pale, tired and dizzy head phenomenon?
    Make an examination on whether there is anemia. The anemia of iron deficiency for women is up to 40% averagely. The gastrointestinal cancer and uterine fibroids are the most common causes for the anemia of iron deficiency.

    3. Currently do you have an overweight phenomenon?
    Weight (in kilograms) / height squared (m number)> 25, that is the body mass index, indicating that you should reduce your body weight or should not increase your body weight any more.     4. Do you keep daily exercises more than thirty minutes and five days per week?

    7. Currently do you have smoking habits?

    8. Recently do you have an unexplained weight loss phenomenon? (More than 10 percent)

    If yes, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, tuberculosis or lung duct ectasia is possible.

    10 Did you have previously made B, C hepatitis virus serology test?
    If have an infection history of B, C hepatitis virus, please strengthen the screening to prevent the liver cancer.

    11. If you have chronic B, C hepatitis, do you have regular screening of serum protein and liver ultrasound embryo?
    If yes, please have a screening of serum protein every three months or a liver ultrasound embryo every six months.

    12. Do you have a habit to chew betel nut or tobacco?
    If yes, please strengthen the screening for oral cancer.

    13. Recently do you often have epistaxis or abnormal nasal secretions?
    If yes, please strengthen the screening for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

    14. Recently have you felt the neck lymph nodes more than 2 weeks??
    If yes, please see a doctor. Inflammation, cancer, tuberculosis or AIDS is possible.

    15 Do you prefer salted foods now?
    If yes, please strengthen the screening for upper gastrointestinal cancer.

    16. Do you have a hematuria phenomenon recently?
    If have not a fever at the same time, please strengthen the screening for bladder cancer and kidney cancer.

    17. Have you accepted the hormone replacement therapy because of post-menopausal syndrome or osteoporosis?
    If yes, please strengthen the screening for breast cancer and endometrial cancer.

    18. Do you have regular pap tests?
    If you are an adult woman, we recommend that you at least have an examination every three years. If necessary, follow the doctor's suggestion to have examinations every year.

    19. Do you have abnormal vaginal bleedings recently?
    If yes, please go to have a gynecological examination.

    20 Do you usually have breast examinations by yourself?
    A monthly self-breast examination is recommended one week after menstrual period for women over 18. For postmenopausal women, fix it at a certain day of every month, for example, the first day or the fifteenth day.

    21 Have you accepted a breast physical examination, physician mammography, or breast ultrasound test?
    The breast physical examination, physician mammography, or breast ultrasound test is recommended every year or at least every three years for women over 40. Mammography is helpful for the diagnosis of zero-phase duct carcinoma in situ and the complete treatment for it.

    22. Have you felt the breast lump recently?

    If yes, please have an examination of breast surgery and do not worry about it. Benign duct papilloma is a common reason for the nipple blood endocrine objects.     24. Do you have abnormal bowel movements (sudden constipation or diarrhea) recently?
    If yes, please have an examination for colorectal cancer. Occasional bowel movements are related to changes in eating habits and do not worry about it.

    25 Have you recently found the faeces is smaller?
    If yes, please have an examination for colorectal cancer.

    26. Do you have blood in the stool recently?
    If yes, please have an examination for colorectal cancer and do not worry about it. Benign hemorrhoids is the reason, please see a doctor.

    27. Can the wound not heal or is there any abnormal change for skin warts recently?
    If yes, please see a doctor for the dermatology clinic advice.

    28. If you are already a respected elder, we recommend you to have an examination for prostate cancer
